OUR SERVICES

We thoroughly inspect all reels for damages, edit and repair film footage wherever necessary, replace faulty splices, and consolidate your small 50 ft. reels onto larger 200' and 400' reels (to ensure a greater degree of efficiency and continuity in the transfer process). Consolidating as many as 8 smaller reels onto one larger reel also provides more convenience in the storage of your original material.

Price per foot:

.08¢ per foot on 8mm and Super8 silent film.

.09¢ per foot on Super8 sound

.10¢ per foot on 16mm silent film.

.12¢ per foot on 16mm sound.

Maintenance fee: Includes thorough inspection on all footage, film repair and splice replacement, reel consolidation, cleaning and lubrication. $20 on footage per up to every 1,000 feet.

DV editing: Precision DV editing allows for the removal of unwanted frames and/or scenes that are affected by double exposures, intense brightness (overexposed), extreme darkness (underexposed), excessive camera movement, blurred focus, and otherwise wasted scenes.

If requested, introductory titles are transcribed from their original boxes, canisters, reels, or notes. Matching music, with sound effects (if or when appropriate), plus some transitional effects - such as fades to black (in and out), dissolves, wipes, peels, etc. (inserted between key scenes in a movie, slide, and/or photo presentation to visually designate a passage of time or shift in location).

DV editing package: $75 per each DVD (1 hour & 30 min.).

DVD Title Page Formatting (optional): Includes your choice of title as the main title on DVD's title page (example: "Benton Family Memories", etc.), a musical theme, plus up to 6 menu buttons for easier DVD navigation: $25.

Included: 1 FREE DVD copy.

Straight transfer: $50 per every 90 minutes of tape imported and digitally transferred to DVD.

DVD Title Page formatting (see 'Movie Film to DVD') $25.

Includes 35mm slides, negatives, and transparencies.

Can be stored as J.peg or TIFF files on Video CD (just drag and drop files from the disk to your Desktop or Photo Editing software, ready to print). Can also be assembled in a Slideshow format with appropriate music, titles, and effects on DVD.

Restoration and repair provided for any photo damaged: Torn, wrinkled, or stained.

May involve an additional but nominal fee depending on the extent of the damage and work that is required.

The latter includes 1 Free DVD copy.

From a Straight Transfer of your footage to miniDV digital tape(s), or DataDVD(s). The latter converts your movie to a full quality Quicktime File, ready to drag & drop onto your desktop for importing to your DV Editing software.

100 of the best images and/or individual frames chosen from among your film footage or videotapes, captured and arranged as a slideshow presentation.

Can be incorporated into an existing DVD job and be represented with it's own menu button selection on the DVD title page, or put onto a DVD by itself... with appropriate musical accompaniment.

Slides and photos can be scanned at 4800x9600 dpi and converted to j.peg files saved to disk, from which:
1. Color prints can be produced to any standard size, on gloss or matte finish photo stock paper.
2. Jpeg(s) stored on disk can be dragged and dropped into your email and sent as file attachments, dragged to your desktop and opened for you to produce color prints from your own printer on regular stock 8-1/2x11 paper.
3. Choose your favorite slide from j.pegs to create your own personal screensaver.
$35 includes two prints of any size (gloss or matte finish), and disk containing the converted .jpeg(s) files.

Photoshop is used when necessary for color correction, restoration, rotation to horizontal plane, elimination of tears, rips, scratches, and filling in blank areas (added nominal fee).

Would you like to know what's on your 8mm or Super8 reels beforehand? Super8, standard and Dual-8 projectors are available to rent at $15/day, or $85/week.

Audio Cassettes

$12.50 per tape up to 60 min.

Vinyl Records

$15.00 per record (33-1/3, 78, or 45 rpm)

Reel-to-Reel Tapes

$20.00 per 7-inch reel up to 80 min.

$15.00 up to each additional 80 min.

OPTIONAL:

Track Separation

$12.00 for each CD. Each distinct track would be separated, so you can "jump" directly to it on your CD Player.

Track Names

$5.00 for each CD. Track names can be listed on the back of the Jewel case. If names are not listed on the recording they must be provided by the customer.

Cover Art

$5.00 per recording. We will scan the album/Cassette (Front/Back) and include it either on the CD itself, or in the CD Jewel Case.

We can also scan an image you provide instead of cover art.

Copies

$10.00 per CD ($12 with Photo on either CD, or in JewelCase)
5 to 9 copies deduct 10% / 10 or more deduct 20%

DVD's Title and Images Printed on the Disk

Now your own custom title can be combined with a favorite photo, slide, or a captured frame from the movie and printed directly onto your DVD or CD, eliminating any messy paper labels. $25.

DVD & CD Duplication

Multiple copies of DVDs and CDs can be produced for any occasion, be it weddings, anniversaries, reunions, birthdays, etc. Whether you need only two copies today, 20 copies tomorrow, or 200 copies by next week... we're here to do the job.

Prices vary depending on the quantities requested.

We do recommend that you arrange your film reels, slides, or photos in the proper sequence and/or order that you would like them to be seen (preferably in chronological order or according to dates), and have them clearly numbered.
